Who built it

Made by a guy who runs crews.

Our founder built a landscaping company in a small town in Northwest Ohio. RoundOps is what he learned on real crews and real routes, put into an app.

  1. On the crews

Years of hard work on real crews before there was any app.

  2. Built a local company

A landscaping company in a small town in Northwest Ohio.

  3. Seven figures sold

Seven figures' worth of jobs sold, and the crews to do the work.

  4. 20 people, 150+ properties a week

A full route to run every single week.

  5. Built RoundOps

His weekly mowing route runs on it now.

Questions

Questions owners ask.

How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RoundOps → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the time you paid for, and nothing gets deleted. If you never subscribed after the free trial, there's nothing to cancel.
Do my crews have to pay?
No. Only the owner pays. Crews join free by invite. Your plan is based on how many people are on your team, from $29/month for up to 5 people to $249/month for up to 100.
What if my team grows?
Move up a plan in the app. It starts right away and Apple credits what you had left. Go a couple of people over and you get 7 days to upgrade. Nobody on your team gets removed. Over 100 people? Ask us through the Help Center.
Which plan do I need?
Count everyone who uses the app: you, your managers and your crews, plus anyone you've invited who hasn't joined yet. Pick the plan that holds that many people. Every plan has every feature, so the only difference is team size.
How many people can I try it with?
Up to 15 people during the 7-day free trial, so your whole crew can try it before you pick a plan.
What if my team gets smaller?
Switch to a smaller plan in the app. It starts on your next renewal date, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change it in the app or in your iPhone's subscription settings. A yearly plan costs less than paying monthly for 12 months. Yearly for the Company and Enterprise plans is coming soon.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. No contract, no setup fee, no onboarding fee. Pay month to month, or by the year to save.
I already pay $29. Does my price change?
No. If you subscribed before the new plans, you keep up to 15 people at your price for as long as your subscription stays active.
Can I bring my customer list?
Yes. Bring in an export from the software you use now, a spreadsheet, Excel or CSV, a PDF, a photo of your list, or just paste the text.
Does it track where my guys are?
No. RoundOps does not track crew location. You see each stop when it's marked done, with the time and who did it.
Do my guys need iPhones?
The owner uses the iPhone app (iOS 16.4 or newer). Crew members with Android phones can open their routes in their phone's web browser while they have signal, and managers can use the web app on a computer. The iPhone app keeps working with no signal and syncs when you're back in range.
